Grab hold of being scared and hold on tight as all of us let us, at one time or another be controlled by fear. Having anxiety means that socially, being around others and proceeding in even the smallest of challenges can seem so hard to someone who struggles with certain tasks like public speaking. But once given the chance it can become more accessible to tackle that fear and allow yourself to feel in charge and after accomplishing it once, you may feel okay the next time it arises.
Do not let fear win. I know how hard it is but one day you will feel ‘okay’ and not great, yet not so panicky. So when feeling okay, go for it and see what happens, grab hold of being scared and free yourself.
